Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of stylib.com and any pages operated by Stylib Limited through that website (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Stylib Limited (“Stylib”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12484447, with its registered office at 46 The Reddings, London NW7 4JR, United Kingdom.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
1. About the site
The Site provides information about Stylib, our technology and the services we provide to businesses.
Stylib develops software for product information management, search, discovery and related digital services. The Site itself is primarily intended to provide information about our business and enable prospective and existing customers to contact us.
We do not sell goods through the Site and the Site is not an online marketplace.
Access to Stylib software provided to our customers is governed by the applicable agreement between Stylib and that customer, which may include an order form, statement of work or other written agreement. These Terms do not replace or modify those agreements.
2. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- access or use the Site in a way that breaches applicable law or infringes the rights of another person;
- use automated tools, bots, crawlers, scrapers or similar technologies to extract substantial amounts of content or data from the Site without our permission;
- reproduce or assemble content from the Site for the purpose of creating a competing database, product or service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or any systems connected to the Site;
- bypass, disable or interfere with security, access controls or other technical measures;
- deliberately interfere with, overload, damage or impair the Site or its infrastructure;
- introduce viruses, malicious software or other harmful code;
- misrepresent your identity or your relationship with another person or organisation when communicating with us through the Site; or
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of any software made available through the Site, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
We may restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, our systems, our customers or other users.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and the materials created by Stylib and displayed on it, including our branding, graphics, text, software, interfaces, designs and other content, are owned by or licensed to Stylib.
You may view and use the Site for legitimate business and informational purposes.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, license, sell or commercially exploit our proprietary content without our prior permission, except where permitted by law.
References to third-party companies, products, trademarks, images or other materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site does not transfer any rights in those materials to Stylib or to you.
4. Information on the site
We try to ensure that the information presented on the Site is useful and up to date. However, information about our products, features, customers, integrations, capabilities and services may change from time to time.
Content on the Site is provided for general information and marketing purposes only. It does not form part of a contract with Stylib unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement between Stylib and a customer.
Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee that a particular feature, integration, service level or functionality will be available to a particular customer.
Specific commitments relating to Stylib services are governed by the applicable customer agreement.
5. Stylib technology on third-party websites
Stylib technology may be integrated into websites or digital services operated by our customers or other third parties.
Those websites are separate from stylib.com and are operated by the relevant website owner. Your use of a third-party website is subject to that website operator’s own terms, privacy notices and policies.
The commercial relationship governing Stylib’s provision of software to that website operator is governed separately between Stylib and the relevant customer.
6. Third-party websites
The Site may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We provide these links for convenience or informational purposes. We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, products, services or practices.
A link from the Site should not automatically be understood as an endorsement by Stylib of the relevant third party.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our use of personal information collected through the Site is described in our **Privacy Notice**.
We may also use cookies and similar technologies. Further information about their use and the choices available to you can be found in our **Cookie Notice** and cookie settings.
8. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the Site available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
We may update, change, suspend or remove parts of the Site at any time.
Customer-specific commitments relating to the availability or performance of Stylib software are governed by the relevant customer agreement and not by these Terms.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Stylib will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
We are not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general information or marketing materials published on the Site.
Any liability arising from services supplied by Stylib to a customer will be governed by the agreement relating to those services rather than these Website Terms.
10. Changes to the site or these terms
We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time.
The version published on this page will be the current version and the date of the latest revision will be shown above.
11. Governing law
